Blue i were pleased to supply Encore and the BluePro Hub to ITV's latest prime time show Red or Black for Pixie Lott's live performance during the show.
The images from BluePro Hub were projected onto a Musion Eyeliner Screen to enable four separate images of the singer to join an ensemble performance with herself.
The Musion Eyeliner Screen is a truly unique system which allows high definition Holographic 3D images to be seen in a live environment. A modern day version of The Peppers Ghost theatrical effect that has been used since 1860, Musion have brought this modern incarnation to theatres and live shows worldwide.
The BluePro Hub was utilised to assemble the playback files prior to studio day, and Encore was then used to re size the "Virtual" artists with the "Real" Pixie Lott to achieve the illusion of an ensemble performance.
BluePro Hub was used for Video and Audio playback into studio and also transmission.
Steve Warne, Blue i Technical Director, worked closely with the show Lighting Director to ensure both the studio audience and television viewers at home all experienced the perfect HD illusion.
